Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Beauty At The Heart is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Beauty At The Heart will refund the client in full within 14 days.

Cancellation of orders by the client is not possible once the order has been posted to the requested address.

If an item is returned, the purchaser will be responsible for return postal charges. If an item is returned but lost in transit, Beauty At The Heart will not be able to refund an item they have not received.

Returned items can only receive a refund if they are:

• Returned within 14 days of dispatch from Beauty At The Heart.

• Packaging is unopened and in the original packaging.

• The item is unopened and unused in as-new condition.

If items are returned damaged, opened or with parts missing, no refund will be made.
